Historical information may still be displayed on the Website from time to time, which does not reflect current stock and/or pricing.

 

USER PRESUMPTIONS

It is presumed that each User of this Website:

+ Is over 18 years of age and not subject to any legal disability.
+ Has a delivery address in the Jabodetabek area. And that any address provided at the time of ordering is accurate.
+ Is the owner of the payment information provided as part of any order.

 

ORDERING PROCEDURE AND BASIC CONTRACT

The basic contracting between Little Taste of Heaven and the user is outlined as follows.

+ The user will place an order for packages via the Website. Payment options are outlined on the website and may change from time to time.
+ The user will be charged for their packages at the time of placing their order. + The payment shall constitute a contract between the user and Little Taste of Heaven.
+ The user will be delivered their packages in accordance with these terms and conditions.
+ These terms and conditions shall apply to the transaction.

 

AVAILABILITY OF ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY

+ Cut off date on the website is 11.59pm on Wednesday of the week.
+ Delivery of packages will be made on the Friday of the week that the order is made.
+ Orders received after the cut off date will not be available to be delivered until the following Friday.

Users acknowledge that the delivery may be made at any time on Sunday, and that specific delivery information will be subject to our delivery partner.

 

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE

Little Taste of Heaven uses a third party delivery service. In the event that delivery is delayed or cancelled due to our delivery partner, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused.

Unless otherwise agreed with Little Taste of Heaven, or our delivery partner, each User confirms that:

+ They are aware of the proposed delivery day and timeframe.
+ They will either be available to collect the packages in person at the delivery address provided, or otherwise provide consent for meals to be left outside at the delivery address.
+ We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods left at the delivery address after the meals are delivered.

CANCELLATIONS

Packages are ordered on the Website are able to be cancelled. We must be notified in writing by 11.59pm on Wednesday night prior to the delivery day.

Any cancellation requests received after 11.59pm on Wednesday night prior to the delivery day will not be honoured.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

A User may be eligible for a refund or return of a product ordered on the Website if there is a discrepancy caused by system error by Little Taste of Heaven or an error by our delivery partner.

We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by provision of products sold on the Website.

We may request proof of any error that may lead to a refund being made.

We reserve the right to offer credit or a voucher in lieu of a refund.
